Dyeing Easter Eggs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

This is the first year that Joseph really got into the idea of Easter and dyeing our Easter eggs!  It was fun and NUTS all at the same time!

He is amazed and impatient here waiting to be able to drop in some eggs!

Yes, he is getting tired but this is about the only picture I got of him looking at the camera!  He looks exhausted here, however he had enough energy to make the whole experience memorable!

These are the moments I longed for in all those years we waited for a child to have and hold!  So glad God is sharing Joseph with us!

Headaches

Tonight while Joseph was crawling all over me and asking a bazillion questions I ask him quietly to slow down because "mama has a headache." He said "oh yeah, you have a headache because you need to poo poo". That would be a simple fix!

Today after trying to give Jessy a second alone in the bathroom without an audience I told Joseph "come on into the living room and let's give DaddyO some peace and quiet." He replies "what is peace and quiet?" Hmmmm, lets see if I can explain that.

Seriously love this gift of being his mommy even on the days of pure craziness.

Building a treehouse, day 2

 

What began as a simple project became an extensive work of art and a labor of love!!!  All of that generous love made for one happy little boy!

Two trips to home depot + 1 free ladder + love of DaddyO & Matthew = One very happy Joseph Lee!!!
